  • The Garda authorities in Clare have launched a new crime prevention initiative in the county with the appointment of Garda’ John O' Neill and Tr’ona Ruane to the Juvenile Liaison Section. These Garda’ will work closely with a civilian youth worker on projects aimed at young people in disadvantaged areas who are at risk of falling into a life of crime and long term unemployment.Pictured are Garda O' Neill (left) with Clare Garda chief, Liam Quinn.
