  • SHANNON DEVELOPMENT APPOINTS DR VINCENT CUNNANE AS NEW CHIEF EXECUTIVE . Shannon Development today (Monday, 3rd March, 2008) announced the appointment of Dr Vincent Cunnane as Chief Executive Designate.  Dr Cunnane, who is currently Vice President Research at the University of Limerick, will become Chief Executive in June this year. Mr John Brassil, Chairman of Shannon Development, said: ?The Board of Shannon Development is delighted to have secured a new Chief Executive of the calibre of Vincent Cunnane.
