Linda Quinn and Pat Foudy at Cuimhneamh An Chláir’s 10th anniversary celebrations. In his interview, told a story about two English sisters who were fascinated by the sign over his business - ‘Pat Foudy & Daughter’. Both women had worked the family business for 60 without any recognition. They were so taken with the notion that Pat Foudy could proudly declare that his daughter had a stake in the family business, that on returning home to England they promptly sold the business.
