Maureen O Leary of Shyan, Kilmihil, is transferred onto the new Mobi Chair, which, from now on, will be used by the public to enable wheelchair users to access the beach and water at Spanish Point. She is being helped by Marie Killeen, the organiser of the Mr. Miltown competition and from which the chair was donated, Sean Pender of The Brothers of Charity, Kilrush, Martin Quinn, the first ever Mr. Miltown and Kathleen Ryan, a friend of Maureen's.
