Shaping Up For Spring...A statue of St Bridget watches over Liscannor, Lahinch and other North Clare parishes, from it's perch in the shadow of a monument to Cornelius O Brien, once a landlord in the area. February 1st marks the beginning of Spring and the feast of St Bridget, when the faithful flock to the holy well to look for healing, pray for their dead and "do the rounds".
